We would like to introduce a case where Technical Joint Venture Co., Ltd. constructed an artificial wood deck as an exhibition space for automobiles. The natural wood deck before construction had decayed due to the weight of heavy objects like cars and direct exposure to rain. We used solid 35mm square timber LB (light brown) as the fixing material for the boards, and solid column material LB (light brown) with high strength as the flooring material. Although solid column material is typically used for pillars and benches, we used it as 39mm thick flooring material to support heavy objects like cars. It is also easy to process, allowing for clean work around the manhole area.
